Is tinting your car legal?
Yes, window tinting is legal when it meets state regulations. Sedans, SUVs, and trucks are allowed a Visible Light Transmittance (VLT) of 35% on side windows. SUVs and trucks may use any shade on rear windows, and all window tint must be non-reflective.
Can I roll my windows down after tinting?
We recommend allowing the window film to fully cure before rolling your windows down. To ensure proper adhesion and the best results, please wait at least 4 days after installation before operating the windows.
What shades do we carry?
We carry 5%, 20%, 35%, 50%, and 70% window tint.
Does window tint block UV rays?
Yes. All the window films we carry block 99.9% of harmful UV rays, helping protect your interior and skin from sun damage.
Can factory-tinted windows be tinted further?
Absolutely. Factory-tinted glass provides very limited benefits, and adding professional window film greatly improves heat rejection, glare reduction, and overall comfort.
How long does the installation take?
On average, installation takes about 8 hours. We focus on quality over speed, and to ensure the best possible results, customers may be asked to drop off their vehicle for the duration of the process.
How long does window tint last?
Our budget-friendly films last up to 10 years and include a lifetime warranty. Our premium ceramic and nano-ceramic films can last 15–20+ years and also come with a lifetime warranty.
What’s the difference between ceramic and non-ceramic tint?
Ceramic films are premium films engineered for maximum heat rejection, with better clarity and longer-lasting performance compared to non-ceramic options.
Will window tint reduce sun glare while driving?
Yes. All of our films reduce sun glare, whether you choose standard or ceramic. Darker shades provide even greater glare reduction.
Will window tint affect visibility at night?
Yes and no. Visibility depends on the shade you choose — darker percentages reduce visibility more, while lighter films are designed to be as close to transparent as possible.
Does window tint reduce heat inside the vehicle?
Absolutely. Our ceramic films are engineered for heat rejection, starting at 88% heat reduction and going up to 96%with our nano-ceramic film.
Can we tint windshields?
Yes, but it’s restricted unless a medical or legal exemption applies. We also offer clear heat-rejection film that improves comfort and helps protect the interior.
How do I care for my windows after tint installation?
Use ammonia-free glass cleaners and avoid rolling the windows down for 4 days after installation. After that, normal care is all that’s needed.
